    Good interview Matt, you are saying things I was trying to tell laboratory owners in the early 1970’s that there are many hidden cost in their business that they don’t realize or overlook. You have to find products to save time at the bench and enhance your overall quality of products. I started my first dental lab in 1976 by purchasing some of Thomas Winstead’s first lab benches, as he was moving next door into his newer laboratory across the parking lot!
